Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Beeks.ai platform (“Service”), operated by Beeks, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

Beeks.ai is a prediction market intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available data from prediction markets, sportsbooks, and related sources. The Service provides tools for research, analysis, and tracking of prediction market events. The Service does not operate a prediction market or exchange, does not accept wagers, and does not custody user funds.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately at clarence@beeks.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service except as expressly permitted
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service or its underlying technology
• Use the Service to build or contribute to a competing product or service
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the Service

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel — are owned by Beeks, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for the limited license to use it as described herein.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

By using the Service, you grant Beeks, LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use aggregated, de-identified, and anonymized data derived from your use of the Service for the purpose of improving, training, and developing our models, algorithms, and analytical tools. This license survives termination of your account.

This does not apply to personally identifiable information, which is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Service is an informational tool only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not act as a fiduciary, broker, dealer, or registered investment adviser. We owe no fiduciary duty to you.

Any data, analysis, or commentary provided through the Service is for informational and educational purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals before making any financial or investment decisions. See our Risk Disclosure for more information.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any data or analysis is accurate, complete, or current. Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEEKS, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Houston, Texas.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND BEEKS, LLC EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use (or internal business use if you hold a commercial subscription).

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service or its underlying technology
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service or its data to build, train, or improve a competing product or service
• Sublicense, resell, or redistribute access to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
